The 20bbl turnkey beer brewing system shipped to Barbados
Hello Everyone,
Hope this article finds you well.
This is Laura from Tiantai Beer Equipment again~
Recently, we have one turnkey set of 20BBL beer brewing system finished production and just being delivered to Barbados this week. Here I took some fresh pictures for your reference as below, please help to check it.
(1) . The whole brewhouse unit based on 3 vessel: Mash/Lauter tun + Brew kettle + Whirlpool tun + 4000L HLT.
With Grist hopper and flexible auger; With stianless steel wort grant and hopback;
The brewhouse control unit was installed above platform for easier operation during brewing;
Two stairs on platform for easier operation as well.

(2). The brewhouse being installed with glass manhole on top.
Each tank was installed with light on top as well, the light switch was installed between each two tanks.

(3). The grain rake inside of mash/lauter tun; And agitator inside of the separated brew kettle;
Both of their motor are being installed underneath, it ensures a more stable and durable rotating inside.
