Brief introduction

Hotel mini beer brewing system is same with bar brewing system. The capacity from 200L to 1500L. Some chain hotels may need a bigger capacity.

The 15 bbl brewing system for hotel have stainless steel or red copper finish
Normally the beer system for hotel is installed behind a glass wall, so that visitors can watch the whole brewing process: Milling, mashing, lauterung, boiling, whirlpool, wort chilling, fermentation&maturing, cooling, temperature controlling, cleaning, filling etc.
