The Fully Automatic 10,000KL Annual Beer Production Brewery is a modern, high-efficiency facility engineered for consistent, large-scale beer production. Designed for breweries aiming to combine volume with precision, this advanced system integrates cutting-edge automation across the entire brewing process — from raw material handling to final packaging.
 
At the heart of the system is a fully automated 4 or 5-vessel brewhouse, capable of producing multiple batches per day with minimal operator intervention. All key processes — mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, fermentation, CIP, temperature control, and data logging — are managed through a centralized PLC system with touchscreen or SCADA interface. This ensures precise control, real-time monitoring, and complete traceability for every batch.
 
Fermentation and storage are supported by glycol-jacketed, insulated tanks with automatic temperature and pressure control. Automated yeast management, dry hopping, and filtration systems further improve quality, efficiency, and flexibility. Optional high-speed canning, bottling, and kegging lines complete the turnkey solution, enabling seamless end-to-end production.
