Batch 44 Brewery is a family owned brewery focused on creating high quality locally crafted beer for all to enjoy and also offering amazing in house cocktails and local BC wines and cider. They are a functioning brewery with an on-site tasting lounge, accompanied by a full kitchen and menu with something for everyone. There have events with local performers, Trivia every second Sunday and Wednesday night Rock and Roll Bingo is always a good time!
Tiantai company builds good relationship with Batch 44 Brewery, they proundly operates a qualified 10 BBL Brewery system, OEM by Tiantai. The complete brewery system includes:
- 2 Vessel brewhouse
- Multiple 10BBL fermentation tanks, 10BBL unitanks, a 10BBL brite beer tank
- A dedicated brewery cooling unit,
- Intergrated brewery automatic control system
The brewhouse system is heated by steam. This design allow brewers to do step mashing, lautering, boiling, and whirlpooling in two interconnected vessels, reducing the brewery’s footprint while maintaining full process control. The 10 BBL brewhouse is perfectly sized to enable BATCH 44 to produce a wide range of beer styles, from traditional lagers to bold IPAs and innovative experimental brews, for example half batch brewing.
We assigned our engineer fly to local for installation, we are proud to announce the successful and safe commissioning of Batch 44 Brewery by our experienced engineer. During the entire on-site installation and commissioning process, Tiantai’s engineer demonstrated outstanding technical ability, strong problem-solving skills, and highly professional workmanship.
