The complete distillery production line is designed for the manufacture of high-quality spirits such as whisky, vodka, gin, rum, and brandy.
The system integrates mashing, fermentation, distillation, cooling, and control into a turnkey solution, suitable for both craft and industrial-scale production.
Standard capacities range from 50L to 5000L per batch, with customised design available on request.
1. Mashing System
Capacity: [1000 L per batch]
Material: SUS304 / SUS316 stainless steel (food-grade, polished interior)
Heating method: Steam jacket / Electric heating / Direct fire (optional)
Agitation: Top-mounted motor with variable speed drive
Insulation: 80mm polyurethane for energy efficiency
Function: Starch gelatinisation, enzymatic conversion, and wort preparation
2. Fermentation System
Tank volume: [1000 L each]
Configuration: Cylindroconical fermentation tanks (CCT)
Cooling: Dimple jackets with glycol circulation
Pressure rating: 0.2–0.3 MPa
Standard fittings: Manway, CIP spray ball, sampling valve, pressure relief valve
Function: Controlled fermentation for consistent alcohol yield and flavour
3. Distillation System
Pot still: [1000 L copper or stainless steel]
Distillation column: Copper with bubble plates or sieve plates
Dephlegmator: Stainless steel with reflux regulation
Condenser: Shell-and-tube or coil type
Spirit receivers: Dedicated tanks for heads, hearts, and tails
Function: High-quality separation of spirit fractions with precise reflux control
4. Cooling System
Chiller capacity: 10HP
Medium: Food-grade glycol-water mixture
Temperature range: -5°C to +25°C
Function: Provides stable cooling for fermentation and condensation processes
5. Control System
Control type: PLC touch screen / Semi-automatic / Manual (optional)
Key functions:
Temperature monitoring and regulation
Distillation reflux ratio adjustment
Pump and agitator control
Process data recording (optional)
