*2-Vessel, Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 20bbl/2400L Hot Water tank
*All of brewhouse tanks with hot water tanks are fabricated with dimple plate for steam heating. Compared electric and direct fire heating, steam heating is best from heating efficiency. Steam can heat mash/wort much more evenly and vigorously, as well as no scorch.
*Glass manhole on brewhouse for convenient observation.
