What changes should be with brewery equipment when boiling wort under pressure

We all know that water boils at 100 Celsius at standard pressure (0.1Mpa), but in actual beer brewing process, some brewery may would need some pressure under wort boiling, when the beer brewery located in higher altitude, o r some brewers just intent to boil at higher temperature, saying at 120 Celsius. Now the beer brewery equipment(the boil kettle) should with some changes accordingly.


 
_ Firstly the boil kettle must with pressure gauge and relief valve;
_ The steam condenser must be installed with manual valve for helping keep pressure;
_ The manhole cover should be pressureproof;
_ If there is agitator inside the brew kettle, the seal now should be mechanical seal;
_ For a better pressure loading capacity, now the tank bottom could be 140 degree instead of 150;
 
If you are in yeast propagation industry:
_ The brew kettle may with hot/cold water inlet on top, that would connect with cold/hot water blending valve, flowmeter and thermometer etc, now the water inlet on top better with a manual valve as well, the pressure inside the tank may would influence flowmeter or thermometer reading.
_ Now the tank inside better under sterile condition, so there should be an air filter on top for breath in.
