This 5000l Steam Heating Brewery Equipment is located Finland. This is used for a commercial brewery.It can brew different kinds of beer .
We confirm the specification and configuration of brewery system as below:
1.It is four vessel brewhouse structure:Mash Tun+Lauter Tun+Kettle Tun+Whirlpool Tun+10000L HOT WATER TANK
utilize steam heating for the mash unit.
2.Wort grant with NEGELE liquid level sensor and Anti-rinser.
3.Using pneumatic valve for the complete beer system,PLC controller
4.Bottom mounted spent grain port with valve
5.Spent grain dozer automatic lifted,please check the attached video for your reference.If you like,we also could
manufacture it for you.
6.8sets 20,000L fermenter tanks+2sets 10,000L fermenter tanks.This customer plan to brew four times per day.
