Gas heated 1000L Beer Brewery Equipment customzied for a brewery in Chile

We recently designed a complete 1000L beer brewery system for a brewery in Chile. The whole order included Malt miller, Flexible auger, Brewhouse equipment, Beer fermenters, Brite Tanks, Chiller, Control unit, CIP cart etc. The 1000L brewery equipment now just finished water testing in our factory and would be shipped to Chile soon this month.
Here we shared some photos as below, sincerely hope it could help to give you some ideas if you are planning your own beer brewery project recently as well!
_ This system was designed for a brewery in Chile, you may noted the brewery name on glass door of brewhouse;
_ The brewhouse based on 3 vessel: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank + Cold liquor tank;
_ The brewhouse based on direct fire heating, both of the KWT and HLT with fire chamber underneath;
_ The brewhouse structure is almost rectangle shape, it was designed based on clients' building on site;
_ With total 10x1000L beer fermenters, 4x4000L fermenters and 6x250L Brite tanks;
