How to make preparation for keg washer in a brewery

For a commercial brewery, many customers choose fill beer into kegs. It also is popular in most microbreweries. To fast turnover the kegs, it is necessary to have a keg washer to clean the kegs efficiently. There have some questions more or less when it comes to keg washer preparation. Then how to make preparation for keg washer in a brewery?
1. What is the steam consumption if we add the steam heating option?
In standard, the kegs be sterilized by hot water and caustic water is enough. The hot water tank and caustic tank be heated by heater.
If you have the plan to sterilize kegs by steam, which needs extra steam boiler, the steam output at 50kg/hr is OK.
2. What is the residual electricity power consumption?
In standard design, the caustic tank and hot water tank were heated by electric heater.
The power is 15 kw. 2 pumps are 1.5 kw. So total power consumption is 16.5 kw.
Of course, the tanks can be heated by steam as well. But if you will turn on the boiler only for keg washer heating, we think it is luxury.
We can get the hot water from hot water tank in brewery, so the keg washer with electric heating is OK.
3. How many solenoid valves we needed for the keg washer in a brewery?
The keg washer itself has solenoid valves design, which control steam in when necessary.
So we only need to connect steam pipe with keg cleaner, but to be safe, we can add a manual valve on steam pipe before keg washer.
4. What is the diameter of the steam inputs and condensate outputs on the keg cleaner?
The diameter of steam input is DN25 male connection.
After steam sterilization, there will have CO2 blowoff for pressurization, so there have less condensate, we don't need to prepare condensation recycle.
5. We would also need to know the maximum steam pressure that keg washer can support?
The working pressure at 0.3 - 0.4 mpa.
