How to use auto bottle filler included in complete brewery equipment
Bottles, kegs and cans are common way of beer packing and serving. For bottles, big brewery will equip auto 3 in 1 auto beer filling line. In micro brewery, auto bottle filling machine is a good and popular choice. It is more economical than 3 in 1 auto beer filling line. Today, let’s check how to use auto beer filling machine.
Firstly, let’s check touch screen
Left and right words with yellow square can be operated. The middle valve and light are only for showing whether this valve is open or not. Operation can be auto and manual model
Then let’s check how to proceed beer filling in auto model
1) Connect beer line, CO2 line and air line.
Turn the cylinder pressure valve to 0.4～0.5Mpa, CO2 pressurized valve to 0.2-0.3 mpa.
2) Turn on the air source valve and Co2 source valve.
3) Put the bottles into the positioning plate.
4) Press ‘Fill’ and ‘manual beer tank filling’ before opening beer source valve.
This is for preparing pressure inside beer tank in advance. Then, when beer is coming into beer tank, it can reduce the risk of beer producing foam. Filling process will be more stable. Pressure gauge hand will go up till 0.2-0.3Mpa
5) Open beer source valve, Choose ‘Auto Beer tank filling’
With coming in of beer, beer light is on. At the same time, the air inside beer tank will come out. This is pressure relief process.
Left light meaning pressure is increasing inside beer tank. Right light means pressure is decreasing inside beer tank. So, right light is on.
After beer is full inside beer tank, Co2 will go into beer tank again to prepare pressure. Then, left light will be on. And pressure gauge hand will show pressure to 0.2-0.3Mpa again.
6) After filling, choose ‘filling time 1’ or 2 or 3 according to your bottle type.
7) Press the "Start" button, and it will stop automatically after finish the filling process.
8) Turn to Capping Station, press the green "Start" button for 3-5 seconds ,then loosen the start button, and the cylinder lifts, then the capping process finish.
Note: If too much beer spilled from the exhaust pipe when filling, please adjust by intercepting valve adjusting nut. Turn the adjusting nut clockwise, the flow rate of beer is slow, and beer loss is less.
