New 500L Brewery is opened in Australia

Since our company established, we have helped many Australian customers to build their own breweries from 200L to 5000L. Recently a new brewpub with our 500L brewery is opened successfully in Australia. Their beer are really welcomed by local clients. Here, let us look back how they make so great success.
1.Tank's production in our factory
***Brewhouse: Typical 2-Vessel, 500L Mash/Lauter tun+500L Kettle/Whirlpool tun with 1000L Hot Liquor Tank
Kettle/Whirlpool tun and Hot Liquor Tank are fitted with electric heater for wort and brewing water heating. Compared with steam and direct fire heating, electric heating is most affordable as it does not need any auxiliary machine while steam heating needs steam generator&pipeline and direct fire needs fire chamber&burner.
****Fermentation: 6x1000L Fermentation Unitanks
All of fermentation unitanks are fitted with carbonation stone so that they can be used for both beer fermenting and maturing.
2. Brewery's Installation in Australia
After 3 months production and 3 weeks shipping, all of tanks arrive at customer's building smoothly. Our engineer is not able to go there to help them install the equipment due to COVID-19. But, no worry at all. The customer installed whole brewery quickly with our guidance.
***Firstly, locate the tanks according to layout we agreed before.
***Secondly, count and classify all of accessories so that you can find them easier and quicker during installation.
***Thirdly, Install brewhouse pipeline according to tab on pipe and videos&pictures. Install glycol pipeline according to principle diagram.
During installation, you can ask us freely if you have any questions. We are able to reply within 12 hours. And we can have videoconference if you need. In this case, our engineer can guide your installation directly.
