We provides turnkey solutions to bring you a mobile CIP system that will increase efficiency during the brewhouse and fermentation tanks cleaning process. This mobile clean-in-place system features an integrated in-line heating system that will maintain the caustic temperature to a set temperature, also the caustic tank can be insulated, therefore providing a more thorough tank cleaning.
Basically the CIP unit is composed of two tanks (caustic tank and sterilization tank), one pump, one control cabinet and portable cart. A clean environment is the foundation of beer brewing and fermentation. So the usage of the CIP cart is very important and basal.
Some additional features to help you know CIP design better:
1) 100L caustic tanks, other capacity also available.
2) Separate sanitizer line that prevents cross-contamination between the sanitizer and caustic fluids.
3) Directional valves for recirculating and transferring to the brew tank
4) 1.5" tri clamp connections standard on all sizes
5) Temperature controller and variable speed pump
6) Inline liquid sensor and temperature probe assembly that prevents dry-firing of heating elements
7) 6kw heater for caustic tank and inline pipe.
