STARTING A 20HL MICROBREWERY IN FRANCE

Our story starts in 2021. They purchased 10HL and 20HL fermentation tanks from us, and are happy with tanks quality. The previous fermenters (from another Chinese supplier) no longer use, as they met sanitary issues, but difficult to find the reason. Finally they replaced the fermenters by Tiantai fermenter, and start brewing tasty beer.
Equipment quality has great influence to sanitary level. It always is a good thing to own a qualified beer brewery equipment for any brewmasters, we will not meet any headache issues and able to earn money quickly. And yes, it is right.
In early 2023, they are ready to expanding. And they are willing to recommend us to another customer. They ordered 13 x10HL + 1 x20HL fermenter this time. They are full loaded by 1 x40’ high container. Now, they are also planning to upgrade their 20HL brewhouse.
After few months discusion, we confirmed the 20HL brewery order, which includes brewhouse, 20HL fermenter, glycol chiller, keg washer etc. Here are some details about 20HL brewhouse:
1) Brewhouse combination MLT + KWT + HLT. Electric and steam heating combined.
2) PLC control with pneumatic valves.
3) Pressure transmitter on wort balance column to realize auto lautering.
4) Pneumatic valve at grist inlet.
5) Empty level sensor to avoid pump running without material.
