(1) Cleaning After the membrane filter is assembled, it is sterilized with 5 ℃ hot water for 20 minutes, and the sterilized water is first filtered with a 0.45um microporous membrane to remove particles and colloids.

(2) Pressure test If the pressure difference is less than the specified value, it is a sign of rupture of the membrane. It should be disassembled for inspection and reassembled.

(3) Filtration The beer in the wine storage tank is firstly filtered by a centrifuge or a diatomaceous earth filter to remove most of the particulate matter, and then sent to a membrane filter for fine filtration, and finally the sterile beer is sent to the sake tank , and fill in aseptic state.

(4) Stop filtration The supply of wine should be stopped first, and then the membrane filtration system should be stopped to prevent unfiltered beer from entering through the bypass.

(5) System regeneration After the beer production is over, select the ordinary CIP system to clean and regenerate the system. When cleaning, open the manual sampling valve and sterilize the sampling valve.

(6) CO2 back pressure After the regeneration of the system, use CO2 back pressure to 0.10MPa, pay attention to maintaining the CO2 pressure.
