What are the technical points of high concentration brewery beer dilution ?
1)It should be diluted according to the predetermined alcohol content of high concentration beer and diluted beer.
2)The high-concentration beer should be mixed with the dilution water according to the required ratio. During the dilution process, a stable mixing ratio should be maintained, and the mixing should not be carried out in a quantitative way to ensure the uniformity of mixing and the concentration index after mixing.
3) Before and after mixing, it is necessary to measure the concentration of wine to make the product meet the requirements.
4) Carry out automatic control.
