The sterilization before filling generally adopts instantaneous sterilization, and the sterilization process is divided into the following four stages.

1. Preheating stage. Preheat 1°C beer to around 55°C.
2. Heating stage. Heat the 55°C beer to around 69°C.
3. Insulation stage. Keep beer at 69°C for 35~80s.
4. Cooling stage. The sterilized beer was cooled to 1°C.
The sterilization of beer after filling generally uses a tunnel sterilizer for pasteurization, and the sterilization process is completed in the following three stages.
5. Heating stage. Heat the bottled beer to 60~65°C.
6. Insulation stage. The heated beer was kept at 65°C for 30min.
7. Cooling stage. The sterilized beer is cooled to 30℃ or normal temperature within 30min.

Sterile filtration. Removal of microorganisms in beer by filtration is carried out before beer filling and requires aseptic filling. The sterile filtration of beer uses membrane filtration, which belongs to microfiltration, and the microfiltration pore size is between 0.01 and 0.5m.
