1000L Three vessel craft microbrewery in Chile

On October of the year 2019, we have a 1000L three vessel craft microbrewery being installed in Chile. As our clients have plan to brew 2 batches per day, so they finally confirmed to use separated mash tun and lauter tun, which would be more flexible during beer brewing. Just same as most of our micro brewery projects there, this craft beer micro brewery also adopted direct fire gas heating.
Trust me, if you are not convenient to use steam heating due to some reasons, then the gas fire heating would be good second choice, you will get burners without extra charges from local market. That would help to saves you some cost.

The main configurations as below:
_ Malt miller with capacity 300~500kg/hr
_ Three vessel brewhouse based on: Mash tun+Lauter tun+Kettle/whirlpool tun+2000L hot liquor tank
_ Both of the KWT and HLT with fire chamber under neath
_ With total 3x1000L fermenters and 1x2000L fermenter
_ The glycol system included 2000L Glycol water tank, 2 sets of chillers and relevant pipeline
_ With combined control cabinet for both of brewhouse and fermenters
_ 100L portable CIP cart
_ 2 Stataion 2 tank auto keg washer
Micro brewery layout:
The micro brewery layout was designed according to the premises on site. Do not worry if you have limited ceiling height or installation space, we are available to design the brewery tanks with bigger or smaller diameters accordingly.

Arrived at its destination & Under installation:
After almost one month sea transportation, the craft microbrewery finally arrived at its destination. They are under unloading in below photos. And the installation would be started soon.
