Tiantai 1000L Three-Vessel Brewery with Cereal Cooker Installed in Ghana - Powering African Craft Beer Dreams
We’re proud to showcase another successful installation of Tiantai brewery equipment - this time, a fully customized 1000L three-vessel brewhouse with auxiliary tanks, now up and running in Ghana!
This complete system includes:
- Mash/Lauter Tun (MLT) for efficient extraction and lautering
- Kettle (KT) and Whirlpool Tank (WT) for boiling and hop separation
- Hot Liquor Tank (HLT) for consistent brewing water supply
- Cold Liquor Tank (CLT) to support precise wort cooling
- Cereal Cooker specially designed to handle adjunct brewing such as maize or sorghum, adapting to local raw materials
- Tiantai 1000L Fermentation Tank with Integrated Stainless Steel Piping for CIP Cleaning and Wort Transfer
Our 1000L fermentation tanks are built for professional brewing with both hygiene and efficiency in mind. Each tank is equipped with sanitary-grade stainless steel piping, enabling:
Automated CIP (Clean-in-Place) circulation, ensuring thorough internal cleaning and reduced downtime
Seamless wort and beer transfer, supporting closed-loop, oxygen-free operations for better quality control
With precise temperature regulation, polished interior surfaces, and pressure-rated design, Tiantai fermenters are a reliable choice for high-quality beer fermentation - from the first brew to the final pour.
- The PID control cabinet is designed for precise temperature regulation during both mashing and fermentation, ensuring stable and consistent brewing performance throughout the entire process.
Designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, this semi-automatic brewhouse allows the brewer to produce a wide range of beer styles while optimizing water and energy usage. The system is powered by steam heating, offering precise control and excellent thermal efficiency.
