10HL Direct Fire Brewhouse Under Installation

After 35 days ocean shipping, the 10HL brewery equipment arrived at France safely. Here is one more place for you to drink one cup of tasty beer. I am always happy to help customers build a micro brewery up. They are happy with tanks quality and send us some brewhouse pictures.
The brewhouse combination is MT + LT + KWT + HLT. We designed the brewhouse in Tri-angle layout to save brewery space. Based on current brewhouse combination, it is OK to brew 2 batches in 10 hours.
To finish lautering progress automatically, we took high and low level sensor into design as well for brewhouse wort grant. So the pump can start at high level and stop at low level.
For wort cooling, the progress is automatic as well. We can set expected wort temperature into fermentation tank, and the temperature transmitter will adjust cold water pump automatically.
We have 2 x 2000L fermentation tanks, 6 x1000L fermentation tanks, the annually beer production capacity can reach to 150,000L based on 20 days fermentation period in 10 months.
