The 2 station 3 tank automatic keg washer is designed for efficient and consistent cleaning of beer kegs in breweries, craft beer plants, and beverage facilities. With two washing stations operating simultaneously, the system significantly increases throughput while maintaining stable and repeatable cleaning quality.
The keg washer is equipped with three independent tanks: caustic tank, hot water tank, and acid tank. All tanks feature integrated heating systems, ensuring optimal washing temperatures for every cleaning stage and delivering reliable removal of organic and inorganic residues inside the kegs.
To ensure safe operation and long-term equipment protection, each tank is configuerd with low level float ball valve, to avoid dry heating and assuring heater works in good condition.
The hot water tank includes a low-level alarm, which can warning brewer timely, so they can make water supplement when it is not efficient.
The acid tank is equipped with a high-temperature alarm, during cleaning process, the acic temperature will rise spotanuously, but if the acid temperature is too high, the cleaning efficiency will decrease.
The entire keg washing process is fully automatic, controlled by a programmable system with preset washing recipes. From pre-rinse, caustic wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash, to final hot water rinse, all cleaning steps are executed automatically with precise control of time, temperature, and washing sequence. Operators can achieve consistent cleaning results with minimal manual intervention.
