This 500L kombucha brewing system is designed for commercial-scale production, covering the entire process from tea steeping to bottling. Composed of food-grade 304 stainless steel, the system includes temperature-controlled fermenters, high-efficiency filtration, and semi-auto filling equipment, ideal for medium-sized beverage manufacturers and craft brands.

Brewing Unit 500L brew kettle with agitator, steam heating, 15% headspace, TIG welded, interior polished to 0.2-0.4μm
Fermentation Unit - 4x 500L open-top SCOBY tanks (1st stage)
- 4x 500L pressure fermenters (2nd stage, ≤2bar)
- All with glycol jacket cooling (-5℃ glycol liquid)
Storage Unit 500L storage tank with CO carbonation port, 80mm insulation layer
Filtration Unit Plate-frame filter (0.8μm) + cartridge bag filter (1-10μm), 304 stainless steel
Filling Unit 4-head semi-auto bottle filler, 160-240 bottles/hr, supports 330ml-2L bottles with CO backpressure
Control Unit Intelligent control cabinet, automated temperature & agitation control, optional UL certification or touchscreen upgrade

Staged Fermentation Design
Open-top tanks for SCOBY cultivation and pressure tanks for carbonation control, precisely regulating fermentation cycle and acidity (pH 2.5-3.5).
Independent temperature control for each fermenter (±0.5℃ accuracy) ensures consistency.
 
Sanitary Engineering
Full 304 stainless steel construction with mirror-polished, passivated interior, meeting FDA food contact standards.
100L portable CIP cart (caustic + acid tanks) enables one-touch cyclic cleaning, minimizing microbial risks.
 
Scalable Production
8 fermenters allow batch rotation for 2000L daily output, with options to add more tanks for capacity expansion.
Optional 100L warming water unit speeds up tea steeping.
 
Energy Efficiency
3HP glycol chiller (Consair brand) with 9100W cooling capacity, customizable for special voltages, partial UL-compliant electrical components.
