Our 500L Carbonated Malt Beverage Brewing System is specially designed for malt-based soft drink production without fermentation.

This turnkey system includes grain mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, carbonation, and sanitary filling preparation.
All tanks are made from food-grade stainless steel (SUS304), featuring professional-grade insulation, CIP cleaning ports, and sanitary pipeline design to ensure stable quality and hygienic production.
Unlike beer systems that require yeast fermentation, this equipment is tailored for malt extract beverages — enabling you to produce refreshing malt drinks, flavored malt sodas, herbal malt beverages, functional sports malt drinks, and more. Carbonation is completed through an in-line carbonation unit or bright tank, delivering a smooth and lively mouthfeel.
