5BBL Brewery Equipment for yeast propagation

If you wanna make any alcoholic beverage, you’re not going to get far without the stuff_yeast. For commercial yeast lab who specially supplying yeast for beer breweries or distilleries, a brewery equipment for propagation is obbligato. We recently just designed a 5bbl brewery equipment for a yeast company in Korea.
The whole brewery equipment mainly included the brewhouse unit and fermentation tanks. The brewhouse included a boil kettle, a pressure kettle actually, which is kind of similar to a brewery kettle. But its lid could be sealed off, when heat the wort inside, it comes up to a pressure which could raises the boiling temperature to 120~121 degrees. Sanitation is important because it is used for growing microbe. The motor on top is stirring an agitator inside, for mixing the malt extract with water, and then dose in the yeast nutrients, and finally being pumped through the heat exchanger and goes into the propagation vessel (the fermentation tanks).
Normally in a beer brewery or distillery, yeast turn sugar into carbon dioxide and alcohol, but in this case a constant supply of oxygen in the form of filtered air ensures that the yeast stays in reproduction mode and they end up with almost no alcohol produced.
