Brewery beer fermentation tank customized by Tiantai

Also referred to as uni-tanks, these are cylindroconical fermentation tanks with an arched head for fermentation and post-fermentation of beer.
 
Tank body
·tanks are available with torispherical and conical bottom
·the torispherical lid resists high pressure and design according to DIN 28011
·the conical bottom assures the easier removal of yeast from the tank
·the tanks are available with side, top and bottom manholes depending on the size and your needs
·the top manholes can handle high pressure, easy to handle and made in an insulated version
·the side manholes are can be easily cleaned without any blind area 
·the material quality of the whole tank is Wnr. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10)
·etched and passivated inner surface with roughness less than 1,0 µm to avoid the contamination spots that are hard to wash

Cooling
·2-3-4 cooling zone depending on the size
·cooling zones adapted to the evaporation generated at fermentation
·separate cooling zone for cone
·cooling jackets made with the latest pillow plasma spot welding technology for the high load capacity and for better use of materials
Cover, thermal insulation
·100 mm PU foam insulation with thermal conductivity of 24 mW/mK for the safest storage of heat and economical energy use
·100 % stainless steel coating available in a variety of surface finishes such as 2B pickled, different surface roughnesses, polished and marbled
·cylinder and cone are sealed and insulated, as an option, the top is available in an insulated version Tiantai brewery beer fermentation tank(CCT)
 
Fittings
·all pipes and fittings are made in accordance with DIN 11850-11852 
·the material quality of all fittings is Wnr. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10)
·vacuum and pressure safety valves, complying with all standards and positioned for an easy cleaning
·fermentation controller device from quality, certified European suppliers, optionally available with CO2 eduction
·stainless steel pressure gauge optionally can be ordered in flat membrane version
·technological pipings on the tank (beer pipe, yeast pipe, CIP pipe) produced with using the bending technology where no welding is used resulting that there are no infection points that might occur at welding joints
·integrated cleaning head scaled to the volume of tank available in different types (static, rotary)
·optionally tanks can be equipped with scaled polycarbonate instrument for measure tube with lower and upper instrument for measuring taps
·depending on tank sizes, each tank equipped with 1-2-3 pcs of accurate thermal sensor
