Direct fire heated 500L beer brewery being shipped to Chile
The Christmas is coming soon, the best gist should be the arrival of the beer equipment on site I guess! Yes,we have one turnkey set of 500L beer brewery system finished production and just being shipped to Chile. Here we took some pictures from the brewery as below for your reference:
(1). The 500L brewhouse based on 3 Vessel: Mash tun + lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + HLT. The brewhouse based on Direct fire heating, both of the mash tun and kettle/whirlpool tun with fire chamber underneath.

(2). The separated mash tun with VFD agitator inside; and the separated lauter tun with VFD grain rake inside;
We specially designed the agitator as below picture, one more agitator in the middle level of the tank. For better stirring the mash during brewing.

(3). With total 6 sets of 500L jacketed fermenters, all with manhole on top, it is more sanitary. Two extra ports were asked by the customers, for carbonation and temperature gauge on tank body.
