How to pour beer
A good bartender can pour out a perfect beer in a relaxed look, but it requires a lot of practice and the draught beer system has the right equipment.
American pouring method
Ideally there should be about 2.5 cm of top foam, but many customers prefer beer but don't like so much foam. Still, it's still necessary to pour a beautiful beer with at least a 1.2cm thick creamy foam.
Device: Standard tapping faucet, as long as carbon dioxide gas.
Tip: Pour down to 1/2 cup or more along the wall, then straighten the cup and continue pouring to create a foam. If necessary, you can lower the glass, make the wine flow more powerful, and produce more bubbles.
European Pearson Pouring Method
Glassware throughout Europe is marked with a scale, usually with a line to indicate the specific volume. The top foam is an extra gift. When the beer is poured out, it usually has a lot of foam. You can wait a while for the foam to disappear, and then pour it once or twice. This process releases some gas, producing a dense creamy foam
Installation: European Pearson's wine taps, with various restrictions, gas as long as carbon dioxide; need a lot of pressure to pour a cup of foam-rich beer.
Tip: When the first cup is poured, there should be about half of the foam, wait for the foam to disappear, then pour out a small amount of beer, the foam is still rich, and finally the beer is full, the amount is to be poured, and then the remaining space in the cup is filled with dense white foam.
