The beer brewing process involves many different pieces of equipment, including mills, mashing machines, fermenters, filtration equipment, and filling equipment. In the first stage of the beer brewing process, the malt is ground and processed into malt powder, which requires the use of milling equipment, and then the malt powder is added to boiling water, heated and boiled to make wort. This process involves mashing equipment.

Then, the wort needs to go through the fermentation stage, which is a very important part of the beer brewing process. This stage requires the use of fermentation tank equipment, adding yeast to the tank, allowing it to mix with the wort and ferment. Fermenters are usually welded with high-quality stainless steel materials, ethylene glycol cooling medium, pickling and passivation inside the tank, and polishing the inner and outer walls to meet food-grade hygiene standards.

After fermentation, the wort and fermentation broth are filtered to separate the suspended solids and proteins. This step requires the use of filtration equipment. The filtered liquid is cooled to become beer. After filling, beer can be sold, and filling equipment is used in the process.

Therefore, brewing beer requires a variety of equipment, which not only has a direct impact on the quality and taste of beer, but also has a direct impact on the economic benefits of the brewery. For example, the price of equipment such as crushing systems, saccharification systems, fermentation systems, etc. may vary depending on the equipment model and configuration. Only through the correct selection and installation of equipment can the production efficiency and quality of beer be ensured, resulting in the production of high-quality beer that consumers love.
