1000L Beer Manufacturing Plant Shipped to US
Busy season is coming!
We have several sets of 1000L and 2000L beer manufacturing plant finished production and just being shipped to US recently. Here we firstly took some fresh pictures of the 1000L beer manufacturing equipment for your reference as below, please help to check it.
(1). The whole view of the 1000L beer manufacturing plant.
The brewhouse unit based on common two vessel with HLT. The brewhouse based on steam heating. There are grist silo and hydrator being installed above the mash/lauter tun.

(2). There are total 4x1000L jacketed brewing fermenters and 2x1000L jacketed brite tanks in this order.

(3). The two stage heat exchanger, with sanitary stainless steel backplate
There is a 2L filter being installed before the heat exchanger, for separating the solids from wort.

(4). The grain rake inside of the lauter tun
There is grain dozer being installed on grain rake, for removing spent grain instead of labor.
