Customize brewery tanks size based on building situation
During planning brewery project, there is so many things need considered well. Output, heating method, power consumption, building size and so on.
Among these factors, building size is one of factor that effecting tanks size.
For example, if foot area is tight, tanks need cut diameter and make it take up less foot area.
And if room height is limited, expanding diameter to shorten tanks height is necessary. That is why we also see some very thin or fat tanks.

These fermenters are very thin in figure to fit tight brewery foot area. And please note that the size adjust of tanks need in reasonable scope.
