10BBL Brewery System on the way to United States
Every one has a dream, and our customers’ dream is to open a brewery. With the special period COVID, their dream comes true. Now the beer equipment is on the way to United States. Our customers are very excited. Congratulations to our customer firstly, and wish their business booming. More tasty beer is coming soon. If someday you come to United States, come by and drink.
They purchased 10BBL two vessel system from us. Here are more details with brewhouse pictures.
1) The brewhouse combination is MLT + KWT + 20BBL HLT + 20BBL CLT. The brewhouse tanks are heated by direct fire.
2) With glass manway to get a better view during mashing, and company logo printed on the manway.
3) Grist hydrator with small hopper on the top of mash tank for pre-mashing.
4) Glass wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank, to avoid negative pressure under false bottom, thus protect tanks in good condition.
5) Manual lifted spent grain dozer for emptying spent grain easily.
6) With pipe filter place before heat exchanger to clarify beer further.
7) Wort Collect Rings, which allow wort flow through by multi routes rather than single route, it helps speeding up lautering process.
8) Anti-Rinser, which can be used to loose grain bed when it is compacted or to clean false bottom.
