Fermentation tank is used to fermenting the wort, which is transferred from heat exchanger after wort cooling. It is a main part of brewing progress in commercial brewery. After finished fermenting and maturing, the beer will be filled into bottles, kegs or cans, or serving directly. . The fermentation tank also can be called cylindrical conical tank, fermentation vessel, primary fermentor or unitank, the unitank can be used for both fermenting or lagering. Fermenting is the process during yeast transform into wort, and wort will be cooled by glycol jacket, the temperature will be controlled automatically. Lagering is given the beer stabilize and aging after fermenting.
 
Basically, the fermenter will be designed 60°conical bottom for recycling yeast conveniently. Other accessories for CIP spray ball, manway, sample valve, dry hopping port, pressure relief valve etc is included.

80BBL fermentation tank in production, we are assembling glycol jacket on interior shell.



After finished production, we will do acid passivation for tanks inside. Do acid washing and passivation can remove oxygenation on welding line and shape protection film, it is good for sanitary level.
