Brief introduction
Hotel complete beer brewing system is same as bar brewing systems with capacity from 200L to 1500L. Some chain hotels might need a bigger capacity. The brewhouse of hotel beer brewing system can be made from stainless steel or red copper. The brewing systems can be put behind of the glass wall, so that visitors can watch the whole brewing process.
The brewing process include: milling, mashing, lauterung, boiling, whirlpool, wort chilling, fermentation&maturing, fermentation cooling, cleaning, filling etc.
