The 3000-liter apple cider production line is a fully integrated, industrial-scale solution designed for high-output cideries, beverage factories, and contract manufacturing operations. With a production capacity of 3,000 liters per batch, this system combines high-efficiency processing, automated control, and hygienic design to ensure consistent product quality and streamlined production cycles.

From apple intake and juice extraction to fermentation, filtration, carbonation, and packaging, the 3000L system is ideal for operations targeting both domestic and export markets. It supports the production of still, sparkling, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic cider with precision and scalability.

Apple Receiving & Preparation
Crusher/Mill
Apple Washer & Elevator
Cleans apples thoroughly and feeds them into the crusher.
Grinds apples into a fine mash, preparing them for efficient juice extraction.

Juice Extraction

Juice Collection Tank (3500–4000L)

Hydraulic Press / Belt Press
Presses apple mash to extract high yields of juice with minimal solids.
Receives and temporarily holds extracted juice before pasteurization or fermentation.
Juice Pasteurization
Jacketed Heating Tank or Plate Pasteurizer
Gently heats juice to 63–75°C to eliminate harmful microorganisms.
Cooling System
Plate Heat Exchanger or Jacketed Cooling Tank
Rapidly cools juice post-pasteurization to 15–20°C for safe yeast pitching.
Fermentation


Temperature Control Unit
3000L Stainless Steel Fermentation Tanks
With airlocks, temperature control jackets, and pressure monitoring.
 
Ensures ideal conditions for yeast activity and fermentation control.
Filtration & Clarification
