The 500L hybrid distillation system is designed for craft spirit producers who require flexibility and premium distillation performance.
This equipment combines a copper pot still with a column section, allowing both traditional rich-flavor distillation and high-purity rectification in one system.
The copper pot still helps remove sulfur compounds and enhances aroma, making it ideal for producing spirits with deep character.
When higher purity alcohol is required, the column section provides efficient multi-plate rectification.
For producing flavor-forward spirits — such as whisky, rum, brandy, tequila or agave spirits — the column can be bypassed,
allowing the vapor to go directly from the pot to the condenser, preserving full body and natural congeners.

For neutral or light-flavor spirits like vodka or gin, the rectification column can be engaged to achieve a cleaner, smoother spirit.
Optional gin basket allows you to easily produce vapor-infused botanical spirits.
Built in food-grade stainless steel with copper contact surfaces, the system offers excellent durability, heat transfer, and spirit polishing performance.
