Automatic 10hl micro beer equipment is ready for delivery
Hello everyone,
I hope you, your family and team are safe and good!
We have many orders are stacked together due to the pandemic, we are speeding up our production recently to catch the original schedule. So we have some micro brew equipment just being finished recently, here we shared some new photos of our fresh project. Every of our order with some special designs, hope it could give you some better ideas on your own project as well.
It is 4 vessel 1000L micro beer brewing equipment: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Brew kettle + Whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank. The separate mash tun with agitator inside; and the separated lauter tun with grain rake inside; There is 30L hopback being connected on the piping, for adding hop aroma into wort directly online.

This customer aksed for stainless steel control cabinet with PLC controller. The siemens touch screen was installed on top of the control cabinet for easier operation. The platform is multi-hole type, it is more skidproof and will not save water on the platform.

There is VFD agitator inside the separated mash tun; and with VFD grain rake inside of the lauter tun; The whole brewhouse unit adopted pneumatic valves, the brewer could control the valve on/off and pump on/off easily on the touch screen. That could help to saves you some labor and time.

There are total 10sets of 2000L jacketed fermenters in this order. All of the fermenters with side manhole. The fermenter dimension (including height and diameter) is available to be customized according to your building and ceiling height.

There are also 4 sets of horizontal brite tanks in this micro beer equipment, each two tanks are stacked together. The horizontal tanks are good for beer maturation. It is also good to be used as beer serving tanks directly. The dome head is mirror stainless steel, that made the tanks shiny.
