1.Experience inspection for crushing
The method suitable for each stage of crushing process and total crush material situation inspection . Every day need to go with this. It includes:wheat state broken degree、powder nature、fine powder ratio. According to the sample at different sampling point, then the smash uniformity can be judged. When inspect the roller need to notice the pre-grinding roller, because the pre grinding roller decide wheat and powder crush level. The crush material after go through pre grinding roller should not include unbroken malt granules, also it can not crushed too fine, in case wheat broken and fine power ratio is high.

Experience inspection only can learn the approximately situation, objective comment for crush quality also can use standard sieve to do it. For wet crush, experience inspection is the only way can do, especially need to notice malt crush level and roller working uniformity.

2.The crushing material select grading
The sieve standard should distinguish as wire diameter、sieve hole width and sieve model. Crush material divide different components after crush material go through sieve.

3.Sampling
Sampling should go in the process of crushing, not allow in the material box. Because in the function of gravity, crushing material will be mixed after down box. It is very important to assure inspect result accurate with parallel sample. The sample amount is better within 100-200g to assure numbers reliable.
