Customized Bright Beer Tank with Bottom Agitator
As we all know, bright beer tank is usually used for Beer maturing, conditioning, serving or filtered beer receiving. In this stage, some brewmasters would put yeast and sugar into brite tank before packaging. The coming question will be how to mix yeast, sugar and beer very well. In this case, we can add a simple mixing system in bright beer tank. Please refer to following pictures.
As you can see, one agitator is fitted on tank bottom. And this agitator is with reductor & VFD so that the brewmaster can control mixing speed freely in order not to cause too high shear force to beer.
Besides, after mixing, there must be sediments on tank bottom more or less. Beer had better not be discharged from bottom directly. So, we add a rotating racking arm like fermenter so as to get clear beer.
