How to install brewery equipment without professional installation engineer?

Most of international travels have been limited due to COVID-19 since 2020. It means our engineer is not able to go to abroad for brewery equipment installing, debuging and maintaining etc. Many customers start to worry they can not install their brewery equipment WITHOUT professional engineer. In this case, how to install brewery equipment becomes the biggest concern when customers decided to choose foreign or local brewery equipment supplier?Do not worry too much, sincerely speaking. 1.) 2D drawing for every brewery tank
We would supply 2D drawing for every tank. You can easily see what accessories should be fitted on tank.
2.) 3D drawing and video for brewhouse equipment
As you know, one of biggest challenges in installation is brewhouse pipeline. For this part, we would supply clear 3D drawing. And for every pipe and accessory, it is pasted with label. You will understand how to connect the pipes with ease.
In addition, we would test brewhouse with water before shipping. At that moment, all of brewhouse pipeline is connected and we would take pictures and videos as many as possible then share them with you. If so, you can also connect pipeline according to these videos and pictures, which is more vivid.
3.) 2D principle diagram for glycol pipeline
Another challenge in installation comes from glycol pipeline. It is more complex, which includes PPR pipe, PEX pipe, PPR fittings, copper fittings, solenoid valve etc. For this part, we would supply 2D principle diagram. It show every part in details. It is going to be a piece of cake as long as you install according to it.
4.) Terminal definition drawing and electric principle diagram for control panel
For cable connection, we would supply detailed terminal definition drawing and electric principle diagram. It is very easy for professional electrician to understand.
5.) Timely video conference
When you have any questions or doubts during installation, you can launch video conference freely. There will be one of our engineers(at least) participating in conference in order to give professional suggestions and guidience.
6.) Cooperated foreign installation team in France, Latvia, Australia and United States etc.
For some customers, they are really busy with their work and do not have time & effort to do brewery equipment installation by themselves.
