It is equipped with valves and switches that allow the distiller to separate the different fractions of the distillate, such as the foreshots, hearts, and feints, ensuring only the desired portion is collected.
 
5. Piping and Connections:
Various pipes and connections are used to transport the mash, vapor, and distillate between the different components of the distillery machine. These pipes are typically made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure cleanliness and durability.
 
6. Control Systems and Gauges:
