Here, what we are showing is a complete 5 bbl beer brewing system in Aguascalientes Mexico.
This is second time we work together with Mr. Tony. Do you still remember his last 5 bbl beer brewing system for YamBak BrewW in Puerto Vallarta Jalisco? It makes great success! So, they decided to expand production in Aguascalientes and placed second order for another 5bbl brew system last year. Now, this new 5bbl brewing system has been totally finished, shipped and installed. His second brewery is named Cervecería 11 Sep.

1.) Before manufacturing, we design brewery layout firstly, then design tank’s drawing based on agreed layout.
2.) The production workers strictly follow the drawing to manufacture brewing tanks.
3.) When tanks’ body is close to finish, we design 3D drawing for brewhouse. Our workers connect pipeline in compliance with 3D.
4.) Complete brewing system are finished and shipped to Mexico
5.) Brewhouse installation
Classical 2-Vessel, Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun with Hot Liquor tank; All of brewhouse tanks are fabricated with steam jacket for heating.
6.) Fermentation Installation
4x5bbl fermentation tank and 1x5bbl bright beer tank
