1.) 300-500kg/hr Milling, Conveying, and Control System: To kickstart the brewing process, we integrated a powerful milling system capable of processing 300-500 kg/hr of raw grains, with precise control over the entire milling and conveying process. 2.) 7bbl Brewhouse with 15bbl Hot Water Tank, Electric Heating: The heart of the brewing system includes a 7bbl mash tun paired with a 15bbl hot water tank for optimal mashing and sparging. This setup uses electric heating, providing energy-efficient control over the temperature and ensuring precise extraction of fermentable sugars.
3.) 7bbl Fermentation Tanks: Naked Iguana Brewery is equipped with 4 x 7bbl fermentation tanks, each designed to maintain ideal fermentation conditions and achieve the brewery’s desired beer profile. These tanks are coupled with 1 x 7bbl bright beer tank, ensuring the final product is perfectly clarified and ready for packaging.
4.) Glycol Chilling System: To maintain the right conditions throughout the brewing process, we provided 800L glycol water tank and 1500L cold water tank, supported by 2 x 5HP refrigeration units. This glycol chilling system ensures fast and efficient chilling during fermentation and storage, keeping the beer at optimal temperatures.
5.) UL-Certified Control Panel: Our brewing system includes a UL-certified control panel, ensuring that all components are easily monitored and adjusted for optimal performance.
