This 1200L brewhouse system is designed for brewers who value efficiency, accuracy, and space-saving layout, while maintaining professional brewing performance.
The system consists of MLT (Mash/Lauter Tun) + KWT (Kettle/Whirlpool Tank) + HLT (Hot Liquor Tank), providing a complete and reliable solution for single-batch mashing operations. All tanks were designed conical top with insulation, which can maintain tank temperature well and avoid heat energy lossing.

One-Batch Mashing with Integrated Malt Silo above MLT
The mash/lauter tun features with an integrated malt hopper, allowing crushed malt to be temporarily stored directly above the mash tun.
This design enables one-batch mashing, reducing handling steps, improving mashing efficiency, and minimizing dust and material loss.
Accurate Process Control with Flow Monitoring
To ensure consistent wort quality and repeatable brewing results, flowmeters are installed for both wort transfer and mashing water supply.
This allows precise monitoring and control of:
Mashing water volume
Wort runoff volume
Overall brewhouse efficiency
City water and hot water mixing were controlled by diaphgram valve, we can get needed mash temperature quickly.

Wort Recirculation with Sampling Capability
The wort recirculation line on the mash/lauter tun is equipped with an additional sampling valve, enabling brewers to take wort samples during wort circulation.
This feature supports real-time monitoring of wort clarity, gravity, and quality before transfer to the kettle.
Steam Heating for Stable and Efficient Operation

Slimmer and Taller Hot Liquor Tank to save floor space
