How to control beer odor caused by microorganisms :
1. Strengthen the management of environmental sanitation and process sanitation, and operate in strict accordance with relevant regulations.
2. Strictly clean and disinfect equipment and pipelines, regularly check the concentration, temperature and use time of cleaning agents and disinfectants, and strengthen the treatment of dead corners in process
3. Establish a perfect sampling system, carry out strict inspection on the whole process of beer production, semi-finished products and finished products, and conduct anaerobic microorganism inspection if conditions permit.
4.Establish a systematic tasting system for semi-finished products and finished products, so as to detect problems in time and take effective measures.
