Do carbonation in the unitank

About the process for doing carbonation in the fermenter tanks,i would like to explain as below

As you know, after whirlpooling, the wort will be cooled down to the fermenting temperature about 7-13°C through the heat exchaner, and then the wort will be pumped to the fementer tanks for fermenting,if it is Ale beer,it needs about 7-10days fermenting in the fermenter. If Large beer,it is about 2 weeks fermenting time in the fermenter.Brewer test the sugar content in the wort every day, when the sugar content down to around 4 Plato(this is our recipe) ,And then brewer will close all the valves and port of the fementer tanks with a closed state,So that making sure fizzy CO2 in the beer is rich.If CO2 in the beer is enough,so no need to do the carbonation for the beer. And next step it is to discharge the yeast from the bottom of the fermenter tanks. After discharging, You could do kegging from the fermenter directly then.About the filtering,As you know,it is mainly to make sure the beer bright ,and no yeast dissolved into the beer with bad smell. That is also why some brewer need the filter for filtering the beer.So that the bottler or canning beer in the shelf could have long life time in the room temperature. If not filtering, the beer could be stored in the fermenter at 2-3°C with about 2-3months life.

If you think CO2 in the beer is not enough, you could do the carbonation in the fermenter tanks.Fermenter tanks working pressure is usually set around 0.2Mpa,you could use the CO2 bottle carbonation connect with fermenter tanks, and CO2 could be dissolved into the beer. When the tanks pressure reach to 0.2Mpa,and then you can stop doing carbonation. This process could raise the CO2 content in the beer and beer life. There is not a fixed time for this process, only the tanks working pressure reach to 0.2Mpa,it is ok.
Another method for doing carbonation,it is that opening the fermenter valve, and then connecting the bottle CO2 to the fermenter for carbonation,it needs about 20-30minuts,mainly it is used to make the beer dissolved with more CO2.this process is not easy for unrich brewer,so we don't recommend to use.
