For getting a nice taste beer, except for the well control on brewing process, equipment cleaning is also a factor that can not be ignored. 
The cleaning process is a combination of mechanical, chemical, and temperature effects. The first is to play a mechanical role, that is to increase the impact force at a higher flow rate, to wash away the attachments on the surface of the device. The cleaning agent then plays a chemical role under the synergistic effect of temperature and surface-active substances and use the synergistic effect of the above factors to completely destroy the dirt film.
 
Main factors affecting cleaning quality:

Under the premise of ensuring the quality requirements of the process, the cleaning time should be shortened as much as possible to improve the equipment turnover rate. Increasing the cleaning temperature can speed up the chemical reaction between the cleaning agent and the dirt. In general, the chemical reaction rate will increase by 1.5 ~ 2 times for every 10 ℃ increase in temperature, and the cleaning time will be shortened accordingly.
 
Ways to improve the cleaning speed at a certain cleaning temperature
1.The best dispersion effect can be achieved by the active substances in the dirt particles.2.The reaction substance and dirt have a high reaction speed.
3.The decomposed and converted products have better diffusibility.
 
The way to improve the cleaning effect under a certain mechanical action
